Aromatics

  • Yellow Onion 80.0 g
  • Garlic, smashed 50.0 g
  • Corn Oil 50.0 g
  • Kailan 500.0 g

Condiments

  • Filtered Water 200.0 ml
  • Knorr Oyster Flavoured Sauce 1kg 30.0 g
  • Knorr Pasti Sedap (All In One Seasoning) 750g 10.0 g
  • Kurau Salted Fish (cube) 25.0 g
  • Carrot, sliced 100.0 g
  • Red Chilli, sliced 30.0 g
  • Salt 10.0 g
  • Corn Starch 5.0 g

Preparation

  1. Aromatics

    • Heat up oil.
    • Add aromatic paste, to fragrant.
  2. Condiments

    • Add water, Knorr Oyster Flavoured Sauce, Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    • Put kurau salted fish, carrot and lastly red chilli.
    • Add salt, taste to season.
    • Thicken the gravy with corn starch.
