Aromatics

  • Yellow Onion 80 g
  • Garlic, smashed 50 g
  • Corn Oil 50 g
  • Kailan 500 g

Condiments

  • Filtered Water 200 ml
  • Kurau Salted Fish (cube) 25 g
  • Carrot, sliced 100 g
  • Red Chilli, sliced 30 g
  • Salt 10 g
  • Corn Starch 5 g
  1. Aromatics

    • Heat up oil.
    • Add aromatic paste, to fragrant.
  2. Condiments

    • Add water, Knorr Oyster Flavoured Sauce, Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    • Put kurau salted fish, carrot and lastly red chilli.
    • Add salt, taste to season.
    • Thicken the gravy with corn starch.
