- Marinade chicken chop for at least 5 hours.
- Toss marinated chicken in "Breading" and deep-fry till crispy and cooked through.

- Mix well ingredients for "Thai Caramel Honey Sauce", cook with low heat for approximately 2 minutes till it boils. Use as required.

- Place "Thai Caramel Honey Sauce" into wok, add in crispy chicken.
- Stir-fry with high heat for approximately 1 minute till chicken and sauce are evenly coated. Use as required.
