Preparation

  1. Marination Ingredients

    • Prepare and set aside.
  2. Breading Ingredients

    • Prepare and set aside.
  3. Crispy Chicken

    • Marinade chicken chop for at least 5 hours.
    • Toss marinated chicken in "Breading" and deep-fry till crispy and cooked through.
  4. Thai Caramel Honey Sauce

    • Mix well ingredients for "Thai Caramel Honey Sauce", cook with low heat for approximately 2 minutes till it boils. Use as required.
  5. Assemble and Serve

    • Place "Thai Caramel Honey Sauce" into wok, add in crispy chicken.
    • Stir-fry with high heat for approximately 1 minute till chicken and sauce are evenly coated. Use as required.
    • Place cooked chicken chop, cucumber and lettuce into steamed lotus bun, ready to serve.
