Cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces 1.3 kg

All-Purpose Flour 170.0 g

Garlic Powder 1.0 tsp

Black Pepper

Cooking Oil 120.0 ml

Corn Starch 1.0 tsp

Garlic Powder 1.0 tbsp

Lemon Juice 1.0 tbsp

Lemon Zest 0.3 tsp

Fresh Dill 2.0 tsp

Preparation

Cauliflower Poppers
- In a bowl, combine All-purpose Flour, Water, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper and KNORR Aromat Powder.
- Pat your cauliflower dry with paper towels, then drip it in the batter until fully coated and set aside.
- Set your heat on medium to high. In a pot, add your Cooking Oil.
- Gently place in your Cauliflower, and let it fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown in color.
- Remove with a strainer and let the excess oil drip.

Tom Yam Glaze
- In a small bowl, add your KNORR Tom Yam Paste, KNORR Lime Powder and water.
- Mix until all ingredients are dissolved and set aside.

Dip Aioli Dip
- In a small bowl, mix in your BEST FOODS Real Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Lemon Zest and Fresh Dill.
- Season with KNORR Aromat Powder and Pepper, then mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Garnish with some Dried Dill on top.
