French Baguette (6 inch long) 10.0 pc
Preparation

Cucumber, Daikon & Carrot Pickles
- Cut cucumber lengthwise, in batonnetes.
- Julienne the carrot and the daikon.
- Mix water, vinegar and sugar for the pickling water. Soak vegetables in pickling water for minimum 4 hours in chiller.

Chicken Breast Marination
- Mix all ingredients and marinate in the chiller for 2 hours.
- Grilled the chicken until tender.
- Slice and portion up for the sandwich.

Assembly
- Spread baguettes evenly with mayonnaise.
- Top with prepared chicken breast, carrots, cucumber, leaf or basil, mint and jalapeno, if desired. Serve immediately.
