Napoli Master Paste

Aromatics

  • Chilli Paste 80 g
  • Red Onion, sliced 100 g
  • Corn Oil 100 g
  • Chicken Chunk 700 g
  • Filtered Water 100 g

Garnish

  • Green Pea 120 g
  • Fried Shallots 15 g
  1. Napoli Master Paste

    • Heat up corn oil, sautéed all ingredients (except Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix and Water) till fragrant.
    • Lower down the heat, add Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix and Water and bring to boil.
    • Let it simmer for 5mins.
  2. Aromatics

    • Heat up corn oil, sauteed all ingredients including Napoli Master Paste till fragrant.
    • Add in the chicken chunk.
  3. Seasoning

    • Lower down the heat, add chicken stock & sugarand bring to boil.
    • Let it simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Garnish

    • Remove from heat and add garnish accordingly.
