Red Onion, sliced 100.0 g

Corn Oil 100.0 g

Chicken Chunk 700.0 g

Filtered Water 100.0 g
Garnish

Green Pea 120.0 g

Fried Shallots 15.0 g
Preparation

Napoli Master Paste
- Heat up corn oil, sautéed all ingredients (except Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix and Water) till fragrant.
- Lower down the heat, add Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix and Water and bring to boil.
- Let it simmer for 5mins.

Aromatics
- Heat up corn oil, sauteed all ingredients including Napoli Master Paste till fragrant.
- Add in the chicken chunk.

Seasoning
- Lower down the heat, add chicken stock & sugarand bring to boil.
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes

Garnish
- Remove from heat and add garnish accordingly.
