Fried Rice

  • Rice, white 300.0 g
  • Oil, vegetable 20.0 g
  • Shallots, blended 25.0 g
  • Garlic, blended 15.0 g
  • Bell Pepper, assorted 50.0 g
  • Basil Leaves 5.0 g
  • Bird Eye Chilli, smashed 10.0 g
  • Chicken Breast, cubed 60.0 g
  • Prawns, Shelled 3.0 pc
  • Squid 100.0 g
  • Egg 1.0 pc
  • Tumeric Powder 2.0 g
  1. Fried Rice

    1. Heat up oil and stir fry the wet ingredients until fragrant.
    2. Add in bell peppers, basil, bird's eye chilli, chicken breast and prawns.
    3. Mix in egg, white rice, tumeric powder and Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    4. Mix well and fried rice is ready to serve.
