  1. Marinade

    1. Marinade the beef with Knorr Italian Herb Paste and oil. Grill to caramelized.
    2. Put in the oven at 175C for 4 minutes.
  2. Sauce

    1. Heat up oil, saute garlic with mushroom until fragrant.
    2. Add in basic dilution of Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce. Bring to boil.
    3. Simmer to thickened the gravy and season to taste.
