Preparation

Marinade
- Marinade the beef with Knorr Italian Herb Paste and oil. Grill to caramelized.
- Put in the oven at 175C for 4 minutes.

Mushroom Sauce
- Dilute Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce in filtered water. Set aside.
- Heat up oil, saute garlic with mushroom until fragrant.
- Add in basic dilution of Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce. Bring it to boil.
- Simmer to thickened the gravy with whipping cream and season it with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
