Mushroom Sauce

  • Filtered Water 1000.0 ml
  • Fresh Button Mushroom, sliced 100.0 g
  • Fresh Garlic, chopped 10.0 g
  • Whipping Cream 100.0 g
  • Corn Oil 70.0 g
  1. Marinade

    1. Marinade the beef with Knorr Italian Herb Paste and oil. Grill to caramelized.
    2. Put in the oven at 175C for 4 minutes.
  2. Mushroom Sauce

    1. Dilute Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce in filtered water. Set aside.
    2. Heat up oil, saute garlic with mushroom until fragrant.
    3. Add in basic dilution of Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce. Bring it to boil.
    4. Simmer to thickened the gravy with whipping cream and season it with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
