- Portion and season fish fillet.
- Set aside.

- Blend Harrisa Spice Mix into paste.
- Set aside.

Tomato Sauce
- Saute garlic and green chilli till fragrant.
- Add Harrisa Spice Mix, smoked paprika, cumin powder.
- Add in Knorr Tomato Pronto and water. Bring to boil.
- Add in Chicken Stock Powder.

- Add marinated fish into the simmering sauce.
- Cook till desired doneness.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
