  • Cauliflower 150.0 g
  • Butter 20.0 g
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

  • Mozzarella Cheese (5 set) 150.0 g

Preparation

  1. Grilled Chicken Chop Marinade

    • Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
    • Marinate chicken for approximately 60 minutes. Set aside.
    • TIP: The longer you marinate your chicken, the more flavourful it becomes!
  2. Basic Brown Sauce Preparation

    • Combine Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce and water in a pot. Stir thoroughly.
    • Bring mixture to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside. 
  3. Orange Demi-Glace Preparation

    • Melt butter in a pan. Sauté onion until fragrant.
    • Add prepared basic brown sauce and all remaining ingredients.
    • Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside. 
  4. Blanched Vegetables

    • Blanch vegetables in a pot of water.
    • Mix blanched vegetables with butter, black pepper, and salt before serving.
  5. Grilled Chicken Chop Assembly

    • Grill chicken chop until fully cooked.
    • Transfer chicken chop to a serving plate. Pour over prepared orange demi-glace.
    • Top chicken with mozzarella cheese and melt it using a kitchen torch.
    • Serve chicken chop with blanched vegetables.
