Chilli Aioli

  • Garlic, blend to paste 10.0 g
  • Sauce, Tabasco 15.0 ml

To Serve

  • Lettuce
  • Lemon, sliced 20.0 g
  1. Squid

    • Clean, trim and cut into pieces, score.
    • Combine flour,Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powderand pepper. Dip squid into mix and fry until cooked.
    • Quick fry the capers.
  2. Chilli Aioli

    • In a bowl, combineLady's Choice Real Mayonnaisewith other ingredients.
  3. To Serve

    • Serve squid with lettuce and caramelized lemons
