Douban Sauce (Fermented Soy Bean Paste) 30.0 g

Hoisin Sauce 10.0 g

Preparation

Minced Chicken Thigh in Peanut Sauce
- In a Pan, sweat Shallots,Onion, and Garlic.
- Add in Minced Chicken Thigh and saute till fully cooked.
- Season with douban sauce, hoisin sauce,sesame oil and sugar.
- Add in cornstarch to thicken, lastly add in Knorr Concentrated Chicken Seasoning and Lady's Choice Peanut Butter. Stir till fully incorporated.
- Remove from heat and let it cool

To Serve
- To serve, cut a slit in the middle of the fried mantou and spoon in the cooked filling.
- Garnish with Spring Onion and Red Chilli before serving
