  • Large Prawn, de-veined 500.0 g
  • Whole Egg 1.0 pc
  • Corn Starch 2.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder 1kg 5.0 g

Coating Mix

  • Corn Starch 30.0 g
  • Rice Flour 20.0 g
  • T.Agent, Custard powder 10.0 g

Black Sesame Mayonnaise

Before Serving

  • Frisee Salad 10.0 g
  • Red Chard 20.0 g
  • Crush Black Sesame Seed 20.0 g

Seafood lovers have more reason to rejoice! Indulge in this mouthwatering dish of prawns tossed in a light and creamy black sesame sauce and accentuated by lime seasoning powder.



  1. Prawn Marinade

    • Marinate prawn with ingredients – egg, Chicken Seasoning Powder, cornstarch – for 30mins.
  2. Coating Mix

    • Mix all ingredients together – cornstarch, rice flour, custard powder – and set aside for later use.
  3. Black Sesame Mayonnaise

    • Mix all ingredients together – Real Mayonnaise, condensed milk, Lime Seasoning Powder, black sesame powder – and set aside for later use.
  4. Before Serving

    • Heat up oil in wok.
    • Coat prawns with coating mix and deep fry till crispy.
    • Strain off and transfer crispy prawns to plate.
    • Drizzle black sesame mayonnaise over crispy prawns.
    • Garnish with red chard, frisee and crush black sesame seed.
    • Serve immediately.
