Preparation

Porridge
- Cook the ingredients in “Porridge” for 30 minutes in low heat until porridge gets “mushy”. Serve as required.

Porridge (Blend)
- Prepare 500 g of "Porridge" (for 10 portions) and all ingredients, and set aside.

- Prepare and set aside.

Golden Porridge
- Place cooked “Porridge (Blend)” ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and soft.
- Boil for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Place blended pumpkin in a bowl; add in cooked porridge and fried cod fish. Garnish and serve.
