  • Lobster (cleaned) 2.0 kg
  • Knorr Chicken Stock 1KG 10.0 g
  • Black pepper, coarse 5.0 g

Salted Crab Meat Paste

  • Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder 800G 100.0 g
  • Carrot, chopped 100.0 g
  • Dried shrimp (soaked & blend into paste) 10.0 g
  • Red Onion, chopped 30.0 g
  • Crab Meat (cleaned) 50.0 g
  • Margarine 200.0 g

Salted Crab Meat Sauce

  • Salted Crab Meat Paste (prepared) 400.0 g
  • Chicken Stock (prepared) 500.0 g
  • Fine Sugar 10.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Stock 1KG 10.0 g

Side Vegetables

  • Broccoli 100.0 g
  • Carrots 100.0 g
  • Knorr Pasti Sedap (All In One Seasoning) 750g 7.0 g

Preparation

  1. Lobster

    • Place all ingredient for "Lobster Marinade" into a bowl.
    • let it marinade for 10-15 minutes. Set aside.
    • Place marinaded lobster into preheat hot pan and slightly pan fry until light golden color.
    • Place into preheat oven with 175 with 15 minutes or till cook.
  2. Salted Crab Meat Paste

    • In a sauce pan, saute all ingredients till fragrant.
    • Add in Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder and continue to saute till starting to bubble.
  3. Salted Crab Meat Sauce

    • In a pot, combine all ingredient.
    • Bring it to a bowl and simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Set Aside
  4. Side Vegetables

    • In a pot, bring water and Knorr Pasti Sedap to a boil
    • Blanch vegetables and set aside before use.
  5. Final Plating

    • On a plate, served baked lobster along with the vegetables and pour over prepared "Salted Crab Meat Sauce". Serve.
    • Pour over sauce or serve on the side.
