  • Potato, wedges(deep-fry) 750.0 g

Preparation

  1. Marinade

    • Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. L
    • Let the chicken chop marinate for approximately 2 hours.
    • Coat marinated chicken with "Breading" and deep-fry until crispy.

  3. Chicken Gravy (base sauce)

    • Mix all ingredients into the prepared chicken gravy, bring to boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Sides

    • Prepare the sides accordingly and serve alongside the chicken chop.
