  • Salt

  1. Lime Juice

    • Mix all ingredients
  2. Marinate

    20 minutes
    • Marinate the fish with lime juice
  3. Mixture

    At least 20 minutes
    • Mix the slice bitter gourd in salt water to reduce bitterness and then drain it
    • Combine all ingredient
