Lime Juice

Marinate

  • Mackerel fish, thin slice 500.0 g
  • Lime Juice 120.0 ml

Mixture

  • Shallots, finely chopped 100.0 g
  • Young Ginger, chopped 20.0 g
  • Red Bird Eye Chili 10.0 g
  • Veg, Bittergourd 200.0 g
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Preparation

  1. Lime Juice

    • Mix all ingredients
  2. Marinate

    20 minutes
    • Marinate the fish with lime juice
  3. Mixture

    At least 20 minutes
    • Mix the slice bitter gourd in salt water to reduce bitterness and then drain it
    • Combine all ingredient
    • Season to taste
    • Chill in the chiller for at least 2 hours for better taste profile
