Marinate
20 minutes- Marinate the fish with lime juice

Mixture
At least 20 minutes- Mix the slice bitter gourd in salt water to reduce bitterness and then drain it
- Combine all ingredient
- Season to taste
- Chill in the chiller for at least 2 hours for better taste profile
