Sauce

  • Oil, vegetable 30.0 g
  • Shallots, blended 150.0 g
  • Ginger (pounded) 25.0 g
  • Lemongrass, blended 50.0 g
  • Garlic, blended 20.0 g
  • Chilli Paste 20.0 g
  • Coconut Milk 250.0 ml
  • Filtered Water 100.0 ml
  • Asam, Sliced 1.0 pc
  • Cumin Powder 2.0 g
  • Coriander Powder 2.0 g
  • Sugar 15.0 g
  1. Chicken Marinade

    1. Mix all marinade ingredients together with the chicken cuts.
    2. Roast it in the oven at 175 degree celcius for 18 minutes.
