Preparation

  1. Chicken Chop Marination

    • Mix oil with Knorr Chicken Stock. Dissolve paste evenly.
    • Marinate over the chicken chop for minimum 30 minutes. Grill to cook and plate.
  2. Black Pepper Sauce

    • Saute garlic and onion with butter.
    • Add in blackpepper and add premix water with Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce. Bring to boil.
    • Add cream and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Mashed Potato

    • In a bowl, mix Knorr Potato Flakes with Knorr Chicken Stock.
    • Pour in boiling water and full cream milk, stirring continuously.
    • Add butter while mixing to achieve a light and fluffy consistency.
  4. Sauteed Vegetables

    • Blanch vegetables for 3 minutes. Toss and drain.
    • Melt butter, saute all blanch vegetables and season with Knorr Chicken Stock.
