  • Lime Leaf 5.0 g
  • Chilli Paste 40.0 g
  • Filtered Water 250.0 g
  • Knorr Chilli Sauce 3.3kg 50.0 g
  • Knorr Oyster Flavoured Sauce 1kg 10.0 g

Condiments

  • Cauliflower 30.0 g
  • Long Beans 30.0 g
  • Carrots 30.0 g
  1. Marinations

    • Cut chicken into cube.
    • Marinate with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    • Stir-fry to cook.
    • Put aside.
  2. Aromatics

    • Blend aromatics ingredients into smooth paste.
    • Heat up oil.
    • Saute to fragrant.
  3. Ingredients B

    • Mix all the ingredients B into aromatics paste.
    • Stir well to balanced the flavour then add in chicken.
  4. Condiments

    • Blanched the vegetables.
    • Add in the condiments to the dish.
