Filtered Water 1000.0 ml

Fish Meat (chunked) 60.0 g

Squid Meat 50.0 g

Prawn Meat 50.0 g

Holland Onion (diced) 50.0 g

Carrots, diced 50.0 g

Celery (cubes) 40.0 g

Leek, chopped 40.0 g

Full Cream Milk 200.0 ml

Parsley, chopped 5.0 g
Preparation

Basic Stock
- Bring water to boil. Add all ingredients under 'Basic Stock'.
- Blanch ingredients till half cooked.
- Remove ingredients from boiling water and transfer into cold ice water bath. Strain and set aside.
- Reserve the poaching liquid for later use

Aromatic
- Add Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup into the prepared "basic stock". Whisk accordingly
- Add Full Cream Milk and the prepared blanched seafood's and vegetables.
- Simmer for 5 minutes before assembly.

Pour into serving plate and garnish accordingly with chopped parsley.
