  • Water 3.0 cup
  • Evaporated Milk 125.0 ml
  • Coffee Syrup 60.0 ml
  • Ice Cubes
  • Cream
  • Cinnamon Powder

Preparation

  1. Assembly

    • In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add in Sir Thomas Lipton English Breakfast tea bags and steep for 5 minutes then remove the Sir Thomas Lipton English Breakfast tea bags.
    • Stir in the milk and coffee syrup and mix well.
    • In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour the mixture in then top with cream and sprinkle some cinnamon powder.

    Chef tips: Cream may be replaced with ice cream. Tea mixture may also be made ahead of time and chilled in the refrigerator.
