  • 5 Soft-Boiled Egg

Preparation

  1. Pasta Noodles

    • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
    • Toss with corn oil to prevent them from becoming sticky.
    • Best to soak pasta in cold water to stop the cooking process if longer time needed before you start to cook.
  2. Sautéed Ingredients

    • Marinate the shrimp with soy sauce, oyster sauce, chilli sauce, and Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    • Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add the shrimp and cook until caramelized.
    • Stir in Sichuan pepper, chilli flakes, and Knorr Lime Flavored Powder. Add water to adjust the paste consistency, if needed.
  3. Garnish

  4. Assembly

    • Toss cooked pasta into sautéed ingredients, then finish with garnish.
    • Top with soft-boiled eggs in halves and serve.
    • Feel free to add your favorite toppings or other ingredients.
      For extra spice, add bird’s eye chilli as desired
