Spiced Up Squid

  • Sesame Oil 20 g
  • Red Chili Julienne, sliced 4 g
  • Ginger Julienne, sliced 10 g
  • Squid 500 g

Assemble

  • Baby Cucumber, sliced thinly 100 g
  • Rocket Leaves 80 g
  • Coriander 10 g
  • Basil Leaves 10 g
  • Olive Oil 10 ml
  1. Spiced Up Squid

    • Heat sesame oil until hot, add the chili and ginger toss through sesame oil.
    • Add the Squid and flash fry until color develops.
    • Add in others ingredients and cook for 1 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Assemble

    • Toss all the ingredients together and serve with calamari.
