  • Light Soy Sauce 200 ml
  • Sweet Soy Sauce 200 ml
  • Dark Soy Sauce 100 g
  • Filtered Water 500 ml

  • Potatoes, cut into wedges 150 g
  • Red Onion, cut into wedges 100 g
  • Red Chilli, sliced 120 g
  • Green Chilli, sliced 100 g
  • Sugar 50 g
  1. Marinate

    • Marinade chicken with turmeric and Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    • Deep fry to cook, set aside.

    • Heat up oil, add aromatic and paste ingredients to fragrant.
