Aromatics and Seasoning

  • Garlic, chopped 20 g
  • Ginger, chopped 30 g
  • Yellow Onion (Cube) 100 g
  • Dried Chilli, sliced 15 g
  • Shiitake Mushroom (Cube) 80 g
  • Sweet Soy Sauce 50 g
  • Dark Soy Sauce 30 g
  • Vinegar 20 g
  • Sugar 20 g
  • Filtered Water 80 g

Garnishing

  • Broccoli 100 g
  • Capsicum, cubed 100 g
  • Carrots 60 g
  • Spring Onions 20 g
  1. Marination

    • Marinade chicken with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    • Deep fry to par cook.
    • Set aside.
  2. Aromatics and Seasoning

    • Heat corn oil, saute chopped ingredients.
    • Add-in dry chilli and shiitake mushroom.
  3. Garnishing

    • Add-in all the vegetables.
    • Garnish with spring onion.
