Rice

  • Rice, white 300.0 g
  • Oil, vegetable 20.0 g
  • Garlic, chopped 10.0 g
  • Chilli Paste 10.0 g
  • Egg 1.0 pc
  • Chicken Breast, cubed 60.0 g
  • Prawns, Shelled 3.0 pc
  • Fresh Squid, medium 100.0 g
  • Light Soy Sauce 10.0 g
  • Fish Sauce 5.0 g
  • White Pepper Powder 1.0 g

Egg Wrap

  • Eggs (beaten) 2.0 pc
  • Oil, vegetable 20.0 g
  • Chilli Sauce 40.0 g
  • Scallion 5.0 g
  • Fried Shallots 15.0 g
  1. Rice

    1. Stir fry the chopped garlic together with chilli paste in preheated oil.
    2. Add in chicken breast, prawns and squid and stir until cooked.
    3. Mix in egg.
    4. Pour in rice along with light soy sauce, fish sauce, white pepper and Knorr Pasti Sedap.
  2. Egg Wrap

    1. Mix the eggs with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    2. Pour the egg mixture in a hot wok, and turn off the stove. 
    3. Spread out the egg mixture around the inner wall of wok.
    4. Put in your rice in the middle of the thinned out omelette and fold the egg.
    5. Sprinkle the garnish on the egg wrapped fried rice.
    6. Fried rice is ready to serve.
