Sweet and Sour Sauce, as above 100.0 ml

Potato Starch (5gm Potato Starch + 10gm Water), optional

Sweet and Sour Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients^ well and bring to boil. Ready to use.
^Note: Red Coloured Powder = 0.1g -
Sweet and Sour NoMeatballs
- Season wok, stir-fry onions, capsicum till fragrant.
- Fold in sauce, NoMeatball* tossing in high heat. Optional to add starch.
- Ready to serve.
