Lemongrass Syrup

  • Lemongrass Core (stalk), halved 4.0 pc
  • Sugar 4.0 cup


  • Ice Cubes


  1. Tea

    • Steep 2 tea bags of Sir Thomas Lipton Chamomile Infusion with 2 cups of hot water (to make 3 cups of tea) and ginger slices for 5 minutes. Set aside to chill.
  2. Lemongrass Syrup

    • In a saucepan, add in 1 cup of water, 2 cups of sugar and lemongrass. Stir the mixture gently until most of the sugar has dissolved on low heat.
    • Add in the remainder sugar and stir until it is completely dissolved.
    • Set aside to cool.
  3. Assembly

    • In a glass, add in the ice cubes and lemongrass syrup then pour the tea mixture over it. Stir well and serve immediately.
