Mocha Peppermint
Add a deeper peppermint flavour to this mocha drink by using Sir Thomas Lipton Peppermint tea

Monin Vanilla Frappe Powder 1.0 tsp

Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce 15.0 ml

Milk 80.0 ml

Whipped Cream

Espresso 1.0 tbsp
Preparation

Tea
- Pre-brew tea - 1 tea bag in 200ml of boiling water for 4-5 mins. Cool and set aside.
- Combine pre-brewed 100ml tea, espresso, milk, Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce and Monin Vanilla Frappe Powder in blender. Blend in ice.
- Serve in a tall glass and garnish with whipped cream.
